Ryan C. Munden
Ryan C. Munden joined the firm in 2010. Ryan's primary practice consists of business litigation as well as a wide variety of corporate, business and real estate matters, including asset sales, entity formation, stock and membership transfers, residential and commercial leasing, and real estate purchases and sales. Ryan's litigation experience includes complex construction disputes and bankruptcy adversary proceedings to determine the dischargeability of certain debts.
Ryan is a native of New Castle, Indiana. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University in 2007, cum laude, and earned his J.D. degree in 2010 from Indiana University. While in law school, Ryan worked for in house counsel at Firestone's headquarters in Indianapolis.
Ryan is a board member of the Tippecanoe County Election Board, Wea Youth Baseball, and Friendship House. He served as treasurer for the Tippecanoe County Republican Party (2012-2016). He enjoys attending Purdue sporting events, playing golf, and spending time with his family.
