Kevin J. Riley
Kevin J. Riley joined the firm in 2004. Kevin has extensive experience representing clients in real estate transactions including real property purchase and sale, leasing, resolution of title issues, and easements, land use and zoning matters, and business and asset purchases. He has also served as corporate counsel for the West Lafayette Community School Corporation, counsel for the White County Area Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals, and has represented numerous financial institutions in real estate financing transactions, including construction loans, revolving credit facilities, and loan modifications.
In July 2015, Kevin was approved as a registered mediator by the Indiana Supreme Court. Kevin has represented clients in mediation involving real estate, contract, employment, trust, and estate issues.
Kevin is a native of Lafayette, Indiana. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University in 1997, and earned his J.D. degree in 2002 from the University of Tennessee College of Law . Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and coaching soccer. He is a past president of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Lafayette and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Central Presbyterian Foundation of Lafayette, Indiana
