Litigation & Mediation Lawyers
RTS Law attorneys represent clients in civil lawsuits at the state and federal levels. While it's true that some disputes must be litigated to conclusion, many cases can be settled through mediation and often yield better results in less time.
Mediation is a voluntary, private, and informal process where the parties in a dispute are assisted by a mutually selected neutral third party, typically an attorney, to guide them in exploring potential resolutions, and negotiating a settlement as to some or all of the issues in dispute. Even if mediation does not resolve a dispute, it often helps the parties clarify and narrow the key issues so that litigation can proceed more efficiently.
RTS Law attorneys have significant experience representing clients in mediations involving real estate, contract, business and corporate, employment, probate, and trust issues.
