Robert C. Reiling Jr.
Robert C. Reiling Jr. is a founding member of the firm. Bob has extensive experience representing clients in business transactions, corporate organization, construction matters, and renewable energy projects. Bob has represented numerous financial institutions in varied lending transactions. Bob received his B.A. degree from Purdue University in 1969, and earned his J.D. degree from George Washington University, cum laude in 1972. Bob is a past president and member of multiple civic organizations serving Tippecanoe County, Indiana.
In 2015, Bob was named Secretary of the Indiana Bar Association Corporate Counsel Section and serves as a Supreme Court Special Master for Commercial Courts, Indiana (2022 - present). This Working Group began in 1993 and is now present in 22 states. Its duty is to attain rapid, dependable, constant purpose of commercial disputes. This Working Group will also collaborate with various committees, associations and divisions of Indiana Court to be a valuable resource for the community, provide a competitive business environment, and deliver successfull guidelines for businesses to follow outside of the courtroom. He serves as a hearing officer for the Indiana Supreme Court regarding Attorney Disciplinary cases. Bob has also performed as hearing office to the Indiana Disciplinary Commission 2013-2015. He advises not for profit corporations regarding corporate governance and executive compensation and benefits.

Bob is admitted to the United States Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
