William Bonsignore
William Bonsignore has been of counsel with the firm since 1991. He focuses his practice on providing counsel to clients on matters of tax law, estate planning and probate, and business transactions. Bill is also experienced in providing business and corporate service to clients.
Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, from State University of New York at Fredonia in 1980, and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Albany Law School of Union University in 1983. During his final year in law school, Bill was named the National Best Oralist, Irving R. Kaufman Securities and Exchange Regulation Moot Court Competition. Bill is also a 1991 graduate of the ABA National Trust School.
Bill has been an officer of the Lafayette Symphony Orchestra, Inc. and its Foundation . He has been Chairman of the Human Rights Committee of the NC Special Care Center and Chairman of the Eastern NC School for the Deaf Foundation.
Bill is admitted to practice in Indiana, North Carolina, and U.S. Tax Court and an Associate Member of the North Carolina Association of CPAs.
