James R. Schrier
James R. Schrier has extensive experience representing clients in business transactions, corporate organization, financing transactions, and real estate transactions and disputes. He also represents creditors in bankruptcy matters. Jim is a registered mediator and has successfully mediated dozens of disputes involving a wide variety of legal issues and claims.
Jim received his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in 1974, and earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 1988. He is a member of the Indiana Association of Mediators, the American Agricultural Law Association, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Indiana Bar Association Bankruptcy and Creditor's Rights Council, and the Estate Planning Council of Greater Lafayette.
Jim is admitted to practice in Indiana and U.S. Tax Court.
