Bob is a past president and member of multiple civic organizations serving Tippecanoe County, Indiana.

In 2015, Bob was named Secretary of the Indiana Bar Association Corporate Counsel Section and a member of the Supreme Courts Commercial Court Committee.  This Working Group began in 1993 and is now present in 22 states.  Its duty is to attain rapid, dependable, constant purpose of commercial disputes.  This Working Group will also collaborate with various committees, associations and divisions of Indiana Court to be a valuable resource for the community, provide a competitive business environment, and deliver successfull guidelines for businesses to follow outside of the courtroom. He serves as a hearing officer for the Indiana Supreme Court regarding Attorney Disciplinary cases.  Bob has also performed as hearing office to the Indiana Disciplinary Commission 2013-2015. He advises not for profit corporations regarding corporate governance and executive compensation and benefits.

Kline School of Law in 2015. Upon graduation from Drexel, Mallory was presented with the Faculty Award for Outstanding Leadership in the Law School Community. During law school, Mallory acted as a Lead Editor of the Drexel Law Review and was recognized by her colleagues with the Peer Leadership Award.

Mallory worked as a Certified Legal Intern in the Family Law Unit of Philadelphia Legal Assistance, where she advised parties in their child and spousal support matters and represented clients in child custody and Protection from Abuse hearings in family court. Mallory also interned for the Honorable C. Darnell Jones, II, of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, assisting with civil litigation matters.

Mallory has volunteered her time doing pro bono work with the Pennsylvania Innocence Project and the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, where she taught Constitutional Law to high school students in Philadelphia. For her pro bono work, Mallory received Outstanding Service Honors upon graduation from law school.

His education includes a Bachelor's of Finance from Indiana University, a Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State University and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University - Indianapolis.   His background includes leasing and management with a Chicago-based, regional, shopping center owner; mortgage banking (origination, underwriting, secondary marketing & management), title-company (co-owner); property management, real estate development (residential condominiums); investment, consulting and appraising (residential, commercial, easements and diminutive damages).  His experience in teaching includes real estate broker and appraiser pre-licensing classes, continuing education seminars and real estate college classes for private schools, professional organizations, Indiana University and Butler University.  He has written numerous seminars for both law and real estate professionals.  He is currently on the board of directors of the Appraisal Institute Relief Foundation.  He has also served on the national board of directors for the Appraisal Institute, as a board member of the Appraisal Institute’s Appraiser Liability Insurance Program, and the board of directors of the Hoosier State Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, the Indiana CCIM chapter, the Indiana Association of Realtors, the Realtor Foundation, and the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors.

As an appraiser, he has reviewed both residential and commercial appraisals as part of a litigation team. His experience includes appraising farms, local and regional shopping centers, conventional and HUD apartment facilities, steel mills, oil refineries, automotive assemblage plants, and mega-warehouses.  His experience with special purpose properties includes mega-church facilities, school buildings, cemeteries, airports, and an abandoned U.S. Air Force Base.  Specialty appraisal assignments have included forensic appraising for litigation purposes, conservation easements, pipeline easements and properties affected by environmental contamination, construction defects, and partial interests.  As an attorney, he has both prosecuted and defended real estate professionals.
