Kyle Dietrich
Kyle joined the firm in 2018 after serving seven years as an US Army Judge Advocate. Kyle brings extensive courtroom experience from his time in the JAG Corps to RTS Law. Kyle has handled a wide variety of civil cases including will contests, boundary disputes, construction contracts, and other complex litigation. Kyle also provides probate and estate planning services.
Kyle is a native of West Lafayette, Indiana. He received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and History from Saint Michael's College, VT in 2005 and earned his J.D. in 2010 from Roger William's School of Law, Bristol, RI. Kyle was a member of the St. Michael's Men's Basketball team and participated in ROTC while in law school. Kyle is a Major in the US Army Reserves and a former member of the Warren County Community Foundation.
Outside of work Kyle enjoys exploring the National Parks and the outdoors with his wife and four daughters.
Kyle is admitted to practice in Indiana, Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for Northern and Southern Indiana and U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona.
Kyle is admitted to the United States Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
